Chinese New Year has really been
a great time for me and my family.
we met on all first three days of the lunar new year
whenever i am around them,
I feel so soaked with love and warmth.
My uncles and aunts will ask how i am doing
my cousins and i, we will just sit there remembering old times
Then we will laugh at one another's silly behaviours when young
and realise how foolish we had been
We'll just hang around playing majong junior league or da4 xiao3
There is really nothing more i can ask for this family.
More gatherings perhaps?
It might sound really weird and mushy but...
If only time with them can come to a standstill.
I don't know how else to express this.
I just love my family.
Everyone who plays, played, and is still playing a part in it.
